The Design Files is looking for a full-time Partnerships Coordinator, commencing June/July 2026.

This is a full-time role, based at our studio in Collingwood, Melbourne, commencing in June or July 2026.
The Partnerships Coordinator will work within our Partnerships Team, ensuring the smooth delivery of client advertising and content-led campaigns across our website, email database and social media.
You will be responsible for trafficking advertising assets, monitoring results across all content and advertising campaigns, and preparing post-campaign reports for clients, collating data from Google Analytics, Google Ad Manager and Meta Analytics.
You will also keep a close eye on the performance of all our web content - tracking views and performance of both editorial and client-led content, and sharing insights proactively with the team.
You will also assist with online customer service for our print magazine via our Shopify store, responding to subscriber and/or purchaser email enquiries.
As we’re a small team, this is an ‘all hands on deck’ sort of workplace. Everyone at TDF pitches in when we’re hosting a special event, such as an exhibition or pop-up shop. Approximately 3-4 times per year this role may require you to work overtime on an evening or a weekend, if we are hosting a special event.
• Trafficking and monitoring of display advertising (Website and EDM Banners) using Google Ad Manager and WordPress
• Monitor TDF Directory - tracking delivery and performance to ensure benchmarks are being met, creating quarterly campaign reports and sharing with client.
• Monitor results for custom content campaigns against agreed benchmarks, and address any delivery issues with support from team.
• Prepare post-campaign reports for client campaigns, collating data from Google Analytics, MixPanel, MailChimp and Meta Business Suite.
• Creating post campaign reports using Canva and/or InDesign.
• Share post-campaign performance reports with clients.
• Track and collate editorial performance data including story views, weekly website traffic, monthly website traffic, identifying high-performing stories and sharing data with team.
• Liaise with clients to receive creative files and other assets for campaigns.
• The Design Files Magazine web-store customer service - handling email enquiries from our online Shopify store for magazine purchases and subscriptions, occasionally liaising with our magazine distributor.
• Assist team with occasional pop-up events after hours / on weekends. (approximately 3-4 times per year)
• Development / Stretch Goal - attend e-commerce training with the team, and assist in developing and implementing a Meta advertising strategy for The Design Files print magazine.
• This is an entry level role, suited to a recent graduate with a Business / Marketing / Media / Advertising degree and some experience in customer service.
• Good with numbers, timelines and dates, spreadsheets
• Extremely organised
• An understanding of all major social media platforms - in particular the metrics / analytics provided by these platforms for creators / business accounts. (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok)
• Experience using Google Analytics, Meta Analytics, Google sheets and Microsoft Excel is desired but not imperative.
• Basic experience using Wordpress CMS and Canva is desired but not imperative.
This is an entry-level role, suited to a recent graduate with a Business / Marketing / Media / Advertising degree and some experience in customer service.
The role is full-time, based primarily in our Collingwood office, commencing June or July 2026.
Base Salary - $60,000 p/a + super
